I had the best experience working with Zachary! I booked the 1 hour LHeure Iconique makeup application session. Not only was Zachary extremely thorough with his explanations during my appointment, but he gave me some amazing tips that changed the entire look of my makeup. I truly felt transformed by the end of the appointment, while still looking and feeling very natural. Zachary also went above and beyond at the end of the appointment to help me pick out products to take home. I highly recommended booking the LHeure Iconique appointment if you are interested in learning more about makeup application or need your makeup done for an event. Chanel’s products are expensive but beautiful, and the boutique is very nice. I’ll definitely be back!

Seeing a new Chanel Beauty Boutique opened uptown, we checked in right away last weekend. It’s a beautiful place, nice location and the most important things I like is all the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. They got a lot of customers walking in on that day but you would feel so relaxed and enjoying every moment with them. I love the decor, the display sections as well. Guys, come check it and you’ll love it. For the upcoming Mother’s Day they have a full of pretty packaging in pink, orange as you can see in my photos. I got a makeup service done here by Zach, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He showed me so many tips on how to do my makeup and skincare. He really made me feel beautiful, and also really listened to me truly and really understood what kind of look I like to do. He never made me feel silly for not knowing something, and answered all my questions while making me feel comfortable. He even showed me a blush I would’ve never thought to try on myself. I liked it so much I ended up buying it. This store is also so beautiful inside as well. It’s such a wonderful experience.

I love this boutique — it’s very cozy, with wonderful staff. Every time I visit, I have a truly lovely experience. I especially love working with my Chanel Beauty consultant, NATALIA — she’s always so wonderful and helpful. She always remembers my preferences and takes the time to make each visit feel personal and special. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm, and I always leave feeling inspired and taken care of. Absolutely loved visiting the new Chanel boutique on the Upper West Side. This space is stunning and the team is so warm and welcoming. I had the best experience with makeup artist Natalie. She is truly amazing, super knowledgeable and incredibly talented. She took the time to show me how to do a smoky eye (something I could never get right before!) and explained everything step-by-step in such a clear and easy way. I actually feel confident doing it on my own now! You can immediately tell she has serious experience, she trained and worked with Chanel in Europe, and it really shows in her technique, taste, and the way she teaches.
