I love my ladies in the salon. I’ve been coming to this salon for more than 15 years. They are very attentive to you. All of them are great! You ask for something they will give you exactly what you ask for. To Izzy S that left that nasty review. You asked for your hair to be flat ironed that’s what you got. I don’t understand why you left a bad review. My daughter and I both have curly hair. They have used a flat iron on my child’s hair, when she went back to being curly she had no problem. I've been getting my hair done at Chanel Beauty Salon for a couple of years now. When I say the stylist there are very professional. I have very short hair and Fiore does impeccable work on my hair. I really hate to leave a bad review bc the women here was extremely nice and welcoming . However , I went for a blowout with flatiron and my hair has never been the same . This was a little over a month ago . The stylist used excessive heat and even though I did ask for heat protectant she spritz one or two times . I should have been more firm with asking for more . I went in after washing my hair and I was told that “the more I wash it , the more my curls will come back “ . That is not the case . I ended up having to cut 2.5 inches off of my hair yesterday and even still my curl pattern is much looser and frizzy. Natural curly girls , please be careful . If you come here , the service is nice but carry your own heat protection and ask for them to not use excessive heat. Photos below ar

This salon is my second home! I’ve been going since 2017! They treat you like family and really know how to care for natural curly hair. My curls are healthy, full, and growing strong. They don’t use flat irons, relaxers, or keratin because they protect your natural texture. If you want your curls loved, this is the place to go!

I’ve been getting my hair done from these ladies since I was a child they truly are the best in nyc I have natural curly 4b hair type and even after many blowouts my curls always revert back if your looking to be in and out go during the week or early morning as Thursday-Saturdays are the busiest days
