She is skilled at what she does and she always empowers her clients to make informed decisions about their hair. She assesses the feasibility of what you ask for and consideres the condition of your hair. Betty has always shown great skill with color and hair texture, but she takes it a step further by guiding you on how to maintain care of your hair and your scalp. I feel Betty communicates with her clients very well. She is honest and runs her business with a great deal of integrity.
