Champions Nail Bar

I made an appointment on 12/26 for 3p and they weren't able to get to me until 4:10ish, so why make the appointment if you knew you couldn’t honor it? Ok whatever, I needed my nails did so I stayed. I come back a week later after a nail broke, I know I had something to do with it. They charge $15 for reshape and a polish and powder. The fill was $74 and yall charge $15 for this?! Then she proceeded to say I need a fill, so why not just do the fill?! I tip every time I come here and they are usually nice but yeah no def lost my business with those two stunts.

My first time coming here… First nail tech Tammy… I do NOT recommend… she didn’t have the knowledge to do what I asked… and became upset bc I told her I didn’t like what she was trying to do! I came in and asked for Gel X nail bc that’s what I’m used to and in the industry I work in they last longer! I had another beautiful young lady come over named One (please forgive me sugar I don’t know how to spell ya name properly) and BABY SHE KNOCKED THAT SHIT OUT THE PARK!! 10/10 I definitely recommend her! THEY ARE PERFECT IN EVERY WAY! Thank you again! Also you never know who knows different languages so I heard and understood everything my first nail tech Tammy said… very unprofessional! But Miss One saved the day!!

I’ve been coming to Champions for a couple years now and they’ve never done me wrong. Lily paid so much attention to what I wanted, and made sure I had the perfect nails for my grandmother's funeral. She went above and beyond and that meant so much to me during these tough times.

I’ve been going here since 2022. I was new to the area and needed a nail salon that could top my favorite from back home. Ever since my first visit I knew I chose the right place. I’ve lived in Mansfield to Arlington to Rockwall back to Arlington and to Addison. I’ve tried many places and nowhere can compare and yes it’s worth the drive! Customer service is top tier! Management is amazing and knows the customers by name. Everyone is so friendly! This is my happy place!

Molly and Khoi were kind and attentive. BUT…Management needs to be explicit about pricing. I've NEVER been charged for a “buff” especially when I am not using nail polish. The price sheet and the pedicure/manicure book does NOT show this as an extra charge. And sure it's just $5 but in this day and age trying to counter for something so BASIC. Because you use the sponge once is not something I have ever experienced at Champions Rowlett before nor at any other nail location. At this point greediness is taking over literally charging for every thing. Repeating that “nail polish is included” even after the fact of me communicating that I can not use nail polish. Update your pricing sheet and communicate that directly —-because I explicitly told the lady at the desk and she never communicat
