Disastrous Service and Unprofessional Indifference. Eyebrows were cut off. We visited this barbershop yesterday for a haircut for my nine-year-old son, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. Beyond the poor aesthetic quality of the haircut itself, my son sustained several visible cuts across his forehead and back, indicative of a lack of care and attention by the stylist. The most egregious error, however, was the irreversible damage inflicted on my son's appearance: his eyebrows were cut off. When this unacceptable mistake was brought to the staff’s attention, their response was profoundly unprofessional. This privately owned and operated beauty & barber shop is on the way up. Their service is respectful and intentional, and Tyrone is very accommodating for schedules, appointments, and short notice requests. I'm thankful to be able to support this local small business, and they welcome anyone and everyone, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, etc. As a regular customer, I feel that they deserve loyal patronage due to the quality and consistency of the services they provide, all at a fair price.
