Champagne Nails

I went and had a bad experience. I got my nails done and set an appointment with a certain nail tech a few days before and when i got there she was with a different client at my scheduled time and I ended up waiting an hour. I didnt honestly mind because j was recommended by a friend and i knew her work was really good i could care less. A week and some change after i realize that this lady gave me contact dermatitis. After conversation with a friend i realized that she did NOT clean any of her tools after servicing the woman before me. I loved the design truly but i cannot get over the fact that i now have a nail fungus, itchy fingers and holes on my finger tips after i praised her work and tipped well. If I could give this place a 0 I would. To begin with they only have the outdated location on their website and on their confirmation emails. So after driving all the way to the given address, i was told that my appointment was at the other salon which I could not find the address for. After finding the new address and driving almost 30 minutes in the other location, I was told that the employee I had originally booked with was no longer available. Even though when I got there she was doing her own nails and did not have a customer. I was then helped by another employee who was very kind but sadly did not do my nails good. The salon itself was also incredibly dirty. That’s one of the main reasons I’m leaving this review. The bathroom sink was clogged and they did not have soap or paper, no

I am a satisfied customer. I am so happy with my pink gel nail acrylic set. I was served a colada and also learned a little Spanish while communicating with the other customers.

Greatest first experience! Came here and absolutely loved it. The staff was so friendly and laid back. Fanny was my manicurist for today and she was an absolute sweetheart. First, she opened up a pack of sanitary tools and used fresh clean towels for my pedicure. She did my pedicure in such good timing and my feet came out looking great! On to the gel manicure, as she was doing my nails she offered me wine, water or coffee which was very courteous of her. My nails were unfortunately damaged due to previous acrylics, but she worked very well with my damaged nails and tried to repair and color them the best she could. Desiree (the owner) has been a family friend of mine for almost 18 years and she has done a great job with this salon and hiring the best people to do the work. i called in last minute for a full set and pedicure and although it wasn’t done until 2 hours after closing, this technician did her absolute best to ensure that it was perfect and to my liking. Great job!
