My hair is now incredibly sleek, shiny, smooth, and healthy-looking honestly better than I ever imagined possible. Beyond their incredible talent, Rachel and Madelyn are the sweetest, most genuine, and most amazing people I’ve ever met. They made me feel so comfortable, listened carefully to what I wanted, and clearly cared so much about both the process and the results. You can tell they truly love what they do. I had my first appointment with Chameleon today and it went great. The atmosphere in the salon feels welcoming, I didn't feel any "mean girl" or unwelcoming vibes like other reviews have mentioned. I spent years with a shaved head so this was my first time back in a salon before COVID, and my first time searching for a hair stylist in the PDX area after I moved here in 2019. Victoria was enthusiastic and seemed excited about my lil hair transformation even though we weren't taking a whole lot off. I mentioned my "must haves" and she asked questions about my preferences, didn't make me feel bad when I wasn't sure about an answer, and was more than happy to shorten and fix anything. I have been going here for over a year and I cannot recommend this salon enough. Sarah has been doing my vivids and I look amazing every single time I leave her chair. They are queer and plus size friendly and are just the most amazing people. Anytime anyone asks about my hair or is looking for a new salon, I always direct them here. Absolutely amazing service and great results! Thank you for always making me look like the most colorful version of myself!

My new favorite salon. Tilly did the most amazing job on my nails. Was sweet as a peach and so nice to yap with. Kami did my hair and never have I ever had someone color match me so perfectly. She didn’t use a swatch or a book. She just looked at my hair and came back with the color and it was perfect. So easy to chat with. I had a great time in her chair. Cute spot, reasonable prices, and excellent staff! Can’t wait to come back.

I got my hair cut by Taylor for the first time and she was so sweet! The cut turned out amazing, she was super helpful with how to style my bangs, and listened to everything I wanted done with my hair. I freaking love it and it was a huge confidence boost. I will be coming back!!
