Booked a couples massage a week in advance for Valentine’s Day. We get there at our time we were supposed to they ask for our last 4 digits of our phone number only to be told that someone else came in saying they had an appointment and they took them without realizing it wasn’t us. Even tho I was very upset, I totally understand mistakes happen, but to then proceed to not even try to make it right, I tell them it’s fine we can always come back in an hour or two, she then proceeds to tell me they don’t have anything till 4:30 my appointment was at 11am..I was not available in the afternoon, that is why I booked a morning appointment, she then proceeded to say sorry and give me a rose. Great Massage and professional staff. I've been a few times now and I am always impressed with how the staff know which tension points to work on to relieve my aches and reduce stress. If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be to have staff introduce themselves by name and ask about any concerns prior to beginning

After returning back to work from nearly a year long hiatus in an industrial cooking setting, my body was feeling like it was my first day ever working. I decided to stop by for a foot & leg massage to alleviate some pain. This was my first massage ever in a professional setting and I was very pleased at how they make you feel very comfortable and welcome. Nancy (I believe she said her name was) was great and was able to target some problem areas without me even guiding her to them. Will most definitely be returning.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage with cupping add on. This was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I was asked about any concerns I might have had before the massage began. It was clean. And was provided room temp. Water right after my massage. Thank you!
