Century Braids & More

If I could put zero stars I would. I walked into the salon and asked if someone could take my faux locs down. The owner of the shop said she could take my faux locs down and she agreed to charge me $100. As she was almost done taking my locs out she insisted I pay her $140 instead of $100 which that’s not the agreement. She took the locs down but not the plaits which were up under the locs. I then paid her $100 which was the agreed amount before she started. When I got home to take the plaits out I noticed she cut my hair in a couple different places(in the front and in the back.) Below is the picture of the whole braid she cut out of my head, which is my real hair. I called to the shop and told her I want atleast half my money back because she cut my hair. My very first experience was actually great I don’t know where those two braiders went. I’ve referred 2 people to them and both had bad experiences! Neither hairstyles were like the requested picture. No response from the owner (I guess it’s the owner) but it’s ok because KARMA!! I will not go back nor will I refer anyone else to them!!

I went to get my hair braided. It was two braiders on my head but yet it still took way longer than expected. One braided knew what she was doing the other didn't. I left with the wrong length, my back and pants were soak and wet from not wetting the braids proper. And on top of that when I got home to check my hair the back braids were done huge. I paid 180 owner doesn't do any refunds. I would've felt better to have some of my money returned bc I'm not driving back to get my hair redone after you messed it up. If you want good braiding PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Absolutely horrible I went exactly one week ago and already had 4 twists fall out. I went to have them put back in and the lady asked me who did my hair when she is the one who originally did my hair. Initially at the appointment they were rude and unprofessional as they were when I went today to have the fallen ones replaced. I paid over 150 dollars for a service to have it not last even a week they are horrible women with bad attitudes and disrespectful when it comes to customer service and doing hair properly they clearly just want the money because I will never come back there and wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. Horrible.

I use to loveee these lady and their work. Idk what happened. I went a month ago, realized once I got home the lady that did the back sucks. The twist were much bigger than the front. The lady in the back did a braid to start the lady in the front only did twist(which is what I wanted). The back was just trash. So I won’t be returning if ever I want one person on my head. Either way imma be there all day anyway.
