I loyally support local businesses, and rarely ever feel the need to do this, so I hate that it’s come to it, But I was treated poorly, on top of given poor service. I could’ve gotten passed the poor service, several cuts, shoving the gel ex nails under my cuticles causing pain and swelling, and overall a messy job, but truly it was the MANAGER for me. After I paid for my nails that I was not happy about I decided to not make a scene and just leave. I get stopped right as I’m walking out by the manager and she says “you forgot to leave tip.” Now we all know how tip works these days- you leave tip if you like service. And still I went to Walgreens, cashed out, gave the worker some tip and I leave. 2 minutes later I call the manager I let her know I’m calling because I didn’t want to create

I’ve been going here for years. They are affordable and very accommodating there. I noticed some bad reviews and want to say it’s easy to have a bad experience anywhere. Those are the times we feel compelled to leave a review. In all my years of good experiences there, I never thought to leave a review, so I’m doing so now. I have never found the owners to be anything less than ver helpful and kind. The staff is great, and I have always seen the owners do their best to make everyone happy. I have done lashes, gels, regular manicure, pedicure, and had massages. The experiences have always been so good that I bring friends and family there often with me. I’ve been going to Central Nails for at least 6 years now. I was generally satisfied with the services until recently. Several weeks ago I went for a pedicure and gel manicure as I’ve been every 2 weeks for my entire time with them. However I noticed that after a few days my gel manicure began to “ become cloudy”. It was a lovely purple shade that just fogged up.. I lived with it until I was due to return after 2 weeks. I spoke with Brian the owner and explained what had happened when I called to make my appointment. He seemed supportive and said that he would take a look at it when I got there the next day. I had an amazing experience at Central Nails & Spa! I got a pedicure and callus removal, and they did an outstanding job. My feet feel incredibly soft and smooth, and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The salon was clean and well-maintained, and the service was definitely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch foot care!

First I would like to say the ladies who work doing the pedicures are not the problem they all work hard and do their best . I notice that the owners give special treatment to certain customers. The man that is always there (owner ) is constantly looking over the workers making you feel a certain way . He actually humilated me because of a tip you can literally see there face expression change. Unfortunately I will not be returning .
