I had a great experience at Malan with Rebekah! She colored, cut, and blow-dried my hair and the results were amazing. My hair turned out so soft and shiny. The blowout was super cute and voluminous. I’m really happy with how it looks and feels. I’m so glad to have someone local who truly does an amazing job — highly recommend and will be going back soon for touch ups.

My experience at MALAN SALON was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I went there for highlights and was charged a very high price, but the quality of the work was unacceptable. The results were poorly done and did not match what was requested. When I returned to ask them to correct the problem, instead of taking responsibility, the staff argued and claimed they had fixed it “for free.” That statement is misleading because I had already paid the full service fee and also left a tip. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication between their staff. It was clear that employees were not coordinated, and rather than resolving the issue professionally, they blamed the customer and even implied that I had not paid properly, which is completely false. They make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in, and their attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care elevate the entire experience. I have been going to this salon couple of years and I never had this kind of worst behavior ever before! I had an appointment with Ashley for root touch up. When I Got done I didn’t pay attention because I was in rush next morning when I text her on her personal number ( she gave me her personal number so I can call directly to her to make appointment if I need her for the services ) and send her pictures that my greys are not covered properly, instead of listening to me or trying to fix the problem she start arguments first that I don’t want dark base my base is light that is why greys are not covered or I need more highlights that is why my greys are not covered which doesn’t make any sense when I am getting same hair color from years then she start yelling at me “how dare you dare ,go s
