I recently took my two daughters to this nail salon. It was our first time there and my first time getting dip. They did a fantastic job!

Been coming here a few months and have had overall ok experiences… but most recently I was told “someone will take care of me later” with no time estimate and was waiting while they took other walk ins who came in later before they even looked at my nails 🫠😬 not very professional and won’t be coming back.

They have no concept of professionalism or positive customer service. As a walk in, I got a gel manicure on Tuesday and my nails are peeling already and today is Thursday. When I was done (which I was not aware of), the technician come out of the back room, walked by me (I was sitting at station #2), she was almost at the register when she said to me, with a flipped wave, "you're done". I had to ask for lotion and she did not provide a warm towel for your hands. I went there in a pinch and doubt I will patronize that place again. For those of you who don't recognize their unacceptable ways, that's because you are use to them. I however am not. At the very least, I or we all should expect a high degree of customer service. Came in for a refill & pedicure was told one price over the phone but a different price in person. They had a nasty attitude & wasn’t very pleasant towards me and rushed doing my nails.Very disappointed would put Zero stars If that was an option.

I’ve been there three times. The first time, a lady did my refill and it was amazing! The next two times the guy at the first chair did my nails. He is so aggressive, I literally had to dip my fingers in ice when I got home. I had cuts and burns on my fingers from the drill. It also takes him an hour and a half for a refill. I don’t recommend.
