My husband and I booked a couples massage for our five year anniversary and were excited for it! When we showed up, we were greeted promptly which was nice. We were asked to pay upfront which was fine, but when reviewing the price ($120 for the couples massage), the masseuse told us “$40 tip, $20 for you, $20 for you.” I don’t mind tipping $20 per person for an hour massage, but I think tips should be based off how good the experience/service was. I think that’s generally how people do tips… I don’t think clients are typically told how much they are required to tip. We tried to explain that to them and it just got uncomfortable so we left, disappointed. Went to get a massage, it was ok nothing crazy. At the end of the session when asked how much I wanted to tip I said $10 ( ten dollars). I thought that’s what would be charged but unfortunately for me when I got home I realized they did not charge themselves $10, but $20 (twenty dollars). I never approved that amount. At first I thought it could’ve been an accident but after readings the reviews I can now see that this is a repeated offense. I will never be going back and I won’t ever be suggesting this place to anyone.

Absolutely do not go here. I made an appointment for my wife and her aunt to get half hour massages ( $40 each ). They showed up and they performed an hour long massage without that being requested and charged for one ( $120 ). My wife’s not from the USA where our tipping culture is horrible. And the women who gave the massage stopped them on the way out and essentially made her feel like she had to give a tip. So she gave up $10. $5 for each. Apparently that wasn’t enough. And the women told her it’s 10% mandatory tips for each person! So an additional 10 dollars in tips. What was supposed to be an $80 quick massage turned into a $140 dollar robbery. Would never go back or recommend anyone go here.

Massage is good i paid 20 dollor as a tip but she wants 40 when i denied to pay 40 $as a tip her behaviour changed i think owner of the business must have to tell their worker what ever tip customer give take it dont argue with the customers I give her 10 in cash and 10 from card she took 12 i still have recipient

Poor communication. Set an appointment and they informed me of payment method. Arrived on time and she took me to the room. Then ask for payment first. "Boss said payment first" via Google translate. Then called someone who spoke English. She said pay first has been there policy and I stated, when did it change and why did not state this over the phone during booking. I left. Beware this place doesn't seem right.
