Four season spa

I went last Wednesday and I didn't like it. I requested a one-hour relaxing massage. The therapist repeated the movements too much, left me all bruised, and didn't relieve my pain. I had been there other times and liked it. I was treated by an older woman, and she does a very good job. But this last one left much to be desired.

I booked (2) massages for (1) hour each, I tried booking a couples massage through the website but could not so this was how I originally booked. I called the spa hours in advance and asked if the massages could both be done at the same time, they said “yes not a problem” which I thought was great! When I arrived with my husband they offered us the dual bed room which was also great, however the massage therapist (if one could say that) left my husband on the bed for over 20 mins with his pants off and started my massage which was actually painful and I’m left with bruises the next day, my husband asked if anyone would be attending to him as we booked for 3pm, it’s now past 3:20 and he’s laying on the bed with his pants off… the women acted confused I asked to speak with someone when I tur

Had an amazing experience, masseuse identified knots and sore areas, and had me walking out of there feeling like it was the best money I spent in a very long time. Pricing is great, atmosphere is peaceful. What more can you ask for ?

I really cannot say enough good things about this place. They always have appointments, it is spotlessly, clean, and every massage therapist is fantastic. I love this place!

It was my 3rd time using their service and today was the worst experience. I chose 90 min massage which includes 60 min of body and 30 min of foot. I asked if I could have 1 hour of leg massage instead and 30 min of upper body since I had severe leg pain. They agreed. However what they did was 45 min of whole body and 45 min of foot massage. I know this because I was looking at the clock there. They should've told me in advance if they were not gonna accommodate my request. The 45 min of foot massage was a total waste of time.
