Cece's Hair Braiding Salon

10 out of 10! I went to CeCe’s for the 1st time on Saturday and got exactly what I asked for. All of the women were polite and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the work is top-tier. After going to a few other braiding salons in Baltimore over the years and not getting what I asked for this place was a breath of fresh air. I will most certainly come back.

I showed the Braider a picture of what I wanted. She made them smaller and longer than usual, she charged me $300 for a style that I didn’t even ask for. I was there for more than 5 hours and then when I had left to get my kids, the braider left and I had to come back and get the rest finished. It’s like I seemed to have gotten ripped off. I will continue to come to this salon but this particular braider will NEVER BRAID MY HAIR AGAIN!!!

I always get my braids done here at Cece’s. They do an excellent job and they give great customer service every time. The prices are great too. I’ve been coming for almost two years. I’m still a happy customer. I posted photos of some my braids I got from this salon over the last couple years 😊 I just got these cornrows today… I recommend going here☺️

All around amazing. My second trip back from PA I ride to come get my hair braided by Bonita. Her hands are blessed. She’s fast and her work is so neat. Everyone there is so welcoming and Cece is so sweet. This is my braiding place now and I don’t mind driving from PA. People from my hometown are now willing to make the drive because they see how great my braids look. Bonita is so nice with it. She did my box braids for my wedding then did smaller braids with the curly ends after I took my first set of braids out. Thank y’all. 10 stars 4th time returning. Bonita my braiding stylist had another client when I arrived & didn’t know I was booked with her but reassured her sister Umi would take care of me. Lord these two have blessed hands. Every time I go here there is a problem. Last time they overcharged me $75 under wig braids because they added a little bit of hair. This time I went, they told me $60 to braid the front of my hair with no extensions. When I went to sit in her chair, she added an extra 20 and said she thought I asked for something else so now it will be $80. They refuse to grant customer service in the midst of their misunderstanding. Even though I waited 45 minutes to sit in her chair. They are closer to me than most of the breathing shops. I will never go back to this hell hole.
