I never ever leave reviews and I know people say this and they do, but I truly don’t have time but I need to speak on the prices of this store. It is INSANE, if you can get most of your hair care needs here, I promise you can go to Sally’s where you will get a more professional brand/product. I literally live in this area but will drive 30 minutes away to go to another hairstore. I only come for small needs. Today I needed wig clips and a comb, I just got the comb because the wig clips were $6.99 a pack, I know I’m not tripping, THAT IS EXPENSIVE for just wig clips of 12PCS. My comb was $5.99 (I just got that). Mind you, you can go to Sally’s and get a better quality comb for the SAME PRICE… these combs are not good quality. I wish I had taken the time to read reviews before visiting this beauty supply store. During my visit, I was followed closely by an employee, an older Asian man in a blue shirt, which made my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. I like to take my time when selecting products because I am intentional with my purchases and not in the habit of wasting money. As a licensed attorney, I am fully aware of my legal options. While I have chosen not to escalate this particular incident, I want it on record that should a similar experience happen to one of my clients, this business will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Although this location is conveniently close, the experience I had today was subpar so I will be looking for a new beauty supply store to shop with. The sticker on this item clearly states it’s $1.49, but the lady that checked me out decided to change the price in the computer to $1.99. Although it’s only a $0.50 difference I felt that was extremely petty and unfair to me as the consumer to not honor the sticker price that was placed on the item by the employees. I didn’t attempt to debate the price. I just paid and left.

If you want to be profiled and give your hard-earned money to people who see you as a crook instead of a customer this is the beauty supply store for you. As soon as you walk in they follow you, stand at the end of the aisle while you peruse, and then look away when you look at them. NEVER ONCE ARE YOU OFFERED ASSISTANCE. Please stop spending your money at these types of places. Too many other brick-and-mortar stores and online shops that offer better prices AND quality customer service. This is not one of them. These types of stores are closing because of their discriminatory practices towards the community they depend on, especially with more accessibility through online shopping. The only reason I go inside a store is to peruse for new products however this is NOT that type of business

Wonderful experiences! I’m new to the area and found this hair supply store by mistake. Every time I visit, I’m always happy with the service, supply, prices, and appearance of the store. Staff are friendly and diverse which I absolutely love! Had an excellent experience even when I lost my key. I called and was helped. I wanted to also check in-person and when I went back to the store, I was assisted in a courteous manner. I found my key, but wouldn’t have been able to do it without the reassurance from staff. Please visit and purchase from this supply store. Thanks everyone for your kind manners!
