CC beauty supply

I won’t be back. The customer service isn’t what it used to be. I’m sad to say but I’ll take a further drive for a better experience. Today I spend as much money as I do Each visit and when I went in no one spoke and was followed by some Indian lady and some black girl which is funny because I come here all the time to get items for my daughters hair and mine. Their lost. I use to like it here cause they’d always give me free items for spending so much. The eyelashes here break me out anyway, I won’t be back.

They have a GREAT selection. But baby, at 8:30 exactly, she shut all lights off while you are in the store. The young ladies in there talk loud, they conversations be messy, and it sends bad vibes

-1. Purchased an item that was unknowingly cracked and attempted to exchange WITH the receipt on the following day. I was told the item was final sale although I unknowingly purchased the bottle cracked. I was told “well we dont know if you purchased it or broke it.” Why would anyone purchase something broken and attempt to exchange for the same item. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store over the last 7-8 years. Its a shame these stores treat black women as if they are liars and thieves. I will never step foot into another non black owned beauty supply store again.

2 stars due to it being stocked really well, large variety of products. Customer service was transactional, and pricing was way too high. I purchased what I did out of sheer necessity, and being new to the area, I didn't know where to find another store in the same area within the amount of time I was working with. I will plan ahead and travel the distance to get the value of what I need at a more reasonable price.

Great experience! I live an hour away but had the opportunity to stop by and was impressed with the amount of options available. What made my experience a great one was the shop made a mistake with an item I purchased and they went out of their way to ensure I received the product. Thank you CC Beauty team!
