Just go to beauty empire it’s 2mins up the street from them right pass the Sally’s heading west on 1960… way more variety, professional help no problem, nd prices way decent in this area. Been buying hair for over 20yrs all over Houston, Beauty Empire don’t miss, anything you looking for they have.

If it was zero stars I would give it. I came in for some braiding hair about a week ago. I asked the lady to put a bundle back and she scanned and put it in my bag anyway. I went home my hairstylist said that I had two. I go to take the hair back they are nasty. Looking on the cameras telling me that I didn’t say it. The attitudes sucked. They accused me of lying and told me I couldn’t get a refund. It was my first visit there. Further mention they are high priced. It was horrible don’t go there. There are much better supplies around

The cashier with glasses and long hair gives unnecessary attitude and is not helpful. She seemed confused when I was asking a question about a product in store and in my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional Attitude I will not be coming back because of her. I hope this helps someone’s next visit.

Always has a good selection on beauty enhancing items, found my favorite lip gloss and there were a lot of options.

I really wanted to like this store, but unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable. I was followed closely throughout my visit, which made me feel uneasy. At one point, a staff member was so close that when I was looking at products and talking to myself about which one to choose, she started questioning what I was saying. My mother was shopping with me at the time, and while her experience seemed more positive, mine was disappointing. When I checked out, I was met with unnecessary attitude from the staff, and despite spending significantly more and purchasing several items, I didn’t receive any samples, whereas my mother did. I understand the need for security and ensuring customers aren’t stealing, but there are better ways to handle this. Having staff constantly shadow custom
