I arrived on time for my 3:30 PM appointment and was never notified that the technician I was booked with had called out. After my pedicure, I waited over an hour, and when my manicure began, I was left again so the technician could attend to other clients she was booked with. I ultimately left at 5:55 PM with my manicure unfinished, after filing my own nail tips, and no apology was offered at the time. In addition, during a previous visit, I was cut during a gel pedicure, which later resulted in discoloration under my toenail. My review reflects my direct experience and the service received that day.

Not a fan. Got a foot fungus from them from a pedicure. Then did my eyebrows twice and they made it super thin. Not consistent at all. Just not that great.

I've been coming to this salon for about 4 months. Tony was my manicurist and he was the best at shaping. Once he left I was going to leave but the owner assured me they would take care of me. I went in last Saturday for an 11 o'clock appointment. I didn't get seen until 11:30 and left around 2pm. My nails were not to my liking. I expressed this to the lady but had to leave because of prior engagement. I was finally able to come back on the following Friday for the owner to tell me this is what I asked for and I would have to pay again. I didn't not mind paying again but the disregard for my nails and her staff was unthinkable. But of course they only want your money, they don't care about customer service or customers. Typical Korean nail salon.

One of the best experiences ever. Went because my son is getting married out of state and wanted to make sure they everything was perfect for the big day. Tony you are the best!! To the lady that did my pedicure AMAZING, almost fell asleep with all the messaging. Highly recommend the DIVA pedicure you owe it to yourself ladies, you will thank me later, especially for the hot stones treatment. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
