I had booked a full set acrylic for myself and a deluxe manicure for my mother in law. I had specifically booked with this salon because of the photos listed on the website that showed they were more than capable of doing designs. Kim was very unprofessional and very rude. She did not listen to what I was asking for. I know that I have wide nail beds, so I had asked for the ballerina shape and Kim decided to do square shape on my nails. The acrylic application was horrible, clunky, and uneven. She didn't even check to see if my nails were the same length. They aren't. I have some nails longer than others. Cava nails is by far my favorite nail salon . I have been going for years and the customer service is always so pleasant and positive. I have never left unhappy or with a complaint. The salon is very clean and they never fail when it comes to the shape , design or style of nail I'm looking to get . The manager is exceptional and strives to make all of her customers happy . If I need to change the design last minute or am running late to my appointment they are always accommodating and accepting. I would highly recommend Cava Nail Spa to anyone in the area or visiting!! They are the best!!!

I just got my nails done on the 30th and entered the New Year with no French tip. I’ve never had polish to thick on acrylics ever in my life. I went for a full set, pedi, and eyebrows. The only 2 things I enjoyed was my pedi and eyebrows. I’m over getting my nails don’t at local salons. Private/ Certified techs will ALWAYS be better in my book.

So happy! I went to Shara after hearing multiple people recommend her and she did not disappoint! She took her time and made sure every detail was perfect. I love them!

I had booked a full set acrylic for myself and the deluxe manicure for my mother in law. My mother in law didn't even receive the service we had booked. The website online says that the deluxe manicure comes with Paraffin wax, pearl powder, cleanser, exfoliating scrub, mask, hot towel wraps, moisturizing cream, cuticle care, extra massage & polish. She only received a basic manicure and the incorrect color. Her nails are uneven, the application of the polish doesn't cover the entire nail and the edges of her nails are uneven as if they weren't filed properly. The woman who did her nails was super nice though.
