Catonsville Hair Co

Someone recommended this shop to me when I moved to Catonsville a year ago. The shop is small and all of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Glen is the owner and is a wonderful caretaker. The last time I was there the parking lot was full. This is the first time that I experienced that! I parked on the street and put money in the meter. I returned to the shop and set my timer to know when to add more money. When my time was up, Glen grabbed some quarters and went out to feed the meter. Eventually I mentioned that it was past my lunch time and would have to go into one of the shops on Frederick Road to get something. Like magic, Glen came out of the back with a delicious turkey, avocado, and cheese sandwich. Whenever I had an appointment with Jeri (she is great)!!!!! I experienced

I had a lovely visit at this salon today. Kerry, my stylist, gave me a beautiful balayage and is professional and friendly always. Love going to see her. Mr Glen even asked if I wanted anything for lunch and brought me a sample of a cheesesteak sub to try and a bottle of water. Lovely people & fantastic service.

Had my haircut here toward the end of August. The place was kind of enough to accommodate me in my time crunch, working in healthcare I hadn’t had the time to get out for a cut in over 1.5 year. Glen helped me with my haircut and style giving me super helpful tips and tricks along the way. I felt comfortable and not at all rushed. Thanks Catonsville Hair Co & Glen!

genuinely wonderful place. glenn is always kind and charitable to every client and it's clear that everyone working here enjoys it. when I first came here, he even gave me some tips on how to cut my short hair myself if I so wished (which I did for a few months!). I'd give ten stars any day, I would pay so much more than he charges, which for me is $20 for a simple haircut.

I decided to go with this place because of the high reviews and specifically the reviews mentioning how friendly and kind the staff is. I have never been to a hair salon and have a bit of social anxiety. I was pleasantly surprised when I called how excited the gentlemen on the phone was to talk to me. He informed me they gladly accept walk ins and they offer complimentary coffee and had carrot cake. When I arrived, I let the women at the front know I was there for a hair cut and that I have never done something like this before. She happily told me no worries and got me set up with the wonderful stylist Kerri. I was there for about 2 hours and it was such a great atmosphere. All the stylists are friendly and happy to talk and help. Even the customers were just as happy to chime in. It w
