I’m very tender headed, the stylist was super accommodating and I felt comfortable right away . Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. VERIFIED KEVIN MURPHY SALON! Offered expert hair product advice, not pushy though. 8 chairs , 3 separate suites, 2 bathrooms Handicap accessible Clean cozy environment but still professional Owners are super sweet. Front desk was very friendly & immediately offered me a drink. They have coffee bars, variety of soda, water and tea options. Probably my favorite salon right now in Louisville.

I followed my stylist from another salon but i really do like the new location. Each stylist have their own space. If your child or you have high anxiety or austim or anything that causes you to not like going to busy salons this would be the place for you. Its nice and quiet and you feel like you are in ur own salon. If you're looking for an amazing stylist as well ask for Haley!

There is truly no better salon. The people, atmosphere, products, and energy are top notch. Your hair will look incredible, and it's an entire experience of care, luxury, and true artistry. I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. Lindsey listens and exceeds my expectations every time. Everyone is so talented. 100/10.

I just had the best experience at Cat & Lou! I’m not very good at styling my own hair and my stylist taught me all kinds of new skills and how to use equipment with products to get my hair to do what I want it to do! Also, Sierra who works the front desk was so friendly and personable when I walked in and continued to give me super helpful advice on techniques to get my hair the way I want it. Love walking away with confidence! Such a great place to go if you want true experts solving your hair problems!

I had an excellent experience! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and parking is easy and convenient. My stylist, Amber, did an outstanding job. I highly recommend visiting her for an exceptional experience.
