I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for 24 years, but this experience has been the worst I’ve ever had. The staff has aged significantly, and their skills have noticeably declined. The man at the front end sleeps and dozes on and off and walks around confused constantly. He answers the phone “Catalina?????” as if he’s unsure what business he’s working for. I left with an uneven haircut that didn’t match the length I had requested or explained. Catalina had to cut my hair again, but she ended up cutting it even worse. I specifically requested that my hair be cut at my bra line, but she cut it four inches above. It was a terrible haircut, and to make matters worse, the stylist never stopped talking as soon as I sat down in her chair. I didn’t even get a chance to speak before she was

I went in to have carol attempt to remove bright pink and purple from my hair. I wanted to go back to blonde and she did 1 removal treatment and my hair was blotchy blonde and purple. So id said if it didnt work i wanted burgandy to cover the purple to have a normal color again. So what she ended up doing was for some reason giving me brown roots, and putting back bright purple hair and as i asked questions on why it was looking the way it was she continued to assure me and sent me home with sopping wet hair to darken it so she could leave and go home with out me really noticing too much. There was still blonde bleeding throug, the end result was attrocious. Ive never cried so hard and been so embarrassed. I’m not going to lie, I didn’t think they would be able to pull this off but I’m amazed and it came out better than I even pictured it. My daughters hair is AMAZING. I’m very happy with it. Thank you

Awesome and super affordable! Definitely make an appointment through the phone. I love how Catalina gave me her opinion on cutting my hair and checked up on me making sure I was liking the results. I had a super short pixie cut and when I usually get my hair cut at other places I get stylists giving me dirty looks (I’m a masculine presenting person) but Catalina didn’t mind at all and was more than happy to do my hair fade! I recently moved to Schaumburg and I’ll definitely be coming here and only here from now on!!

Great 1st experience. I was overdue and my ends looked horrible. Catalina did a great job and was very informative on how to take care of my hair to keep it looking and feeling healthier. I will definitely be coming back and bring my son too.
