Tina, thank you for providing excellent care for my ingrown nails. I loved my gel pedicure and gel manicure. The salon's clean environment and courteous staff made for a great experience, and the prices were reasonable compared to other local nail salons.

Very disappointing experience. I came here for a pedicure after reading many positive reviews and wanted to try it for the first time. I chose the basic pedicure, not because I can’t afford better services, but simply because I wanted to see how the service was first. However, the older woman who worked on me had a bad attitude and kept pushing me to upgrade to more expensive services even after I clearly said no. What concerned me the most was the hygiene. I personally saw that her tools were not properly sanitized — the cuticle nipper still had dead skin on it, and the drill bit was covered in old nail polish, which means it had been used on many customers. It was honestly disgusting. This experience was terrible. Save your time and money and avoid this place.

I love the service here at Castle Nails. I am always taken good care of and the result is just what I expected. Always take the time to give best results.

I definitely wouldn’t return here. My cuticles were very rough and looked horrible after I left, worse than when I came in. I just got clear on my finger nails, and it started peeling off the next day in the shower. The pedicure wasn’t much better, and he stepped on my toes after they had been done a few times while doing my nails.
