Traci absolutely snapped with these nails! From the soft pink and lilac base to the 3D gem designs, every detail is flawless. I asked for glam with personality, and she delivered with elegance, precision, and creativity. The accent nails are literal works of art, and the sparkle? Baby, it’s giving luxury. Traci is professional, patient, and clearly passionate about her craft. If you’re looking for someone who doesn’t just do nails but creates wearable art, she’s the one. Highly recommend!

I’ve definitely had my visits before where I wasn’t super happy but I’m not the type to get angry over it lol I change my nails almost every 2 weeks so it’s not that big of a deal to me. This visit though, I was a bit skeptical because I definitely gave them a task with the design I asked for but she honestly killed it. She mixed colors to get the perfect one for my design since they didn’t have anything close to it. Took her time on the design, shape, made sure they were smooth and cured well. Tracy definitely loves her job and loves making her clients happy! It’s not my regular salon but I would go back for sure!! HEIN was the best!! She was very accommodating and very very good at what she does. I will be going back to see her in particular. Been awhile since I was impressed with a pedicure service. I did do the platinum pedicure with gel. Worth the extra money. She spent her time getting the dead skin off with that cheese grader thing haha. The massage on legs was similar to what it would feel like getting deep tissue during a full body massage. Very very happy

Me and my daughter came in for a mommy daughter date. David took care of her, and Rachel took care of me. We had the BEST time and will be back for back to school nails! Thank you so much for your patience, it was TRULY appreciated.
