I received services at this salon this past Friday at around 3:30 pm. The man who greeted me at the beginning was very nice. I came in for a gel manicure and requested a French tip. The women who completed my service did not speak to me the ENTIRE appointment, even when it came time to direct me to wash my hands, she simply pointed to the back of the building where the sinks were. I have no idea what her name even is because she never said hello or introduced herself. As far as the service goes, I have been receiving gel manicures for years and have never received one like this. For cuticle care, she did not get the cuticle clippers from sterile packaging, she grabbed them from a drawer. For the polish itself, she only applied ONE layer of the base color.
