‼️Unprofessional Service and Highly Poor Communication I had a very disappointing experience at this barbershop. The barber seemed unprofessional and did not understand what I was asking for, even after trying to explain clearly. The haircut I received was not what I requested and showed a lack of skill and attention to detail. It’s important for any business to listen to customers carefully and communicate effectively, especially in a service like this.

One of the best haircuts I've ever had. Definitely #1 or #2 in my 55 years. I walked in on a whim because I was way overdue for a haircut. I wish I got the barber's name. I think he was Mexican. Barely spoke English, but perfect haircut.

Very noisy and loud place, could not even hear what was being said . They play their distinctive music so loud that can hear down the street but I am sure they would get more customers if it was a little quieter. Hope.my feedback helps.

It was terrible I am a first time client I came there with reclamation about the place I explain to him the hairstylist about what I want and show him picture he said yes that he understand and when he turned me to the mirror I saw that it’s not what I want it I have to stop him in the middle get upset pay him $20 which I wasn’t supposed to pay him there was no manager nobody to talk to I need to turn out that they don’t understand English I’ve been lied to I wasn’t happy from the service and the haircut
