I loved the pedicures I got here until I realized after my 3rd visit I now have a fungus on both big toes! I was iffy about the lady actually using clean utensils or if she was just moving from one chair to the next. I should have paid closer attention. I hope everyone that sees this review learns from my mistake. 🫣😩

I asked for a full set of acrylics in a almond point shape, which I thought she did well until I noticed they were all slanted from the way she filed them down. There were bubbles in the nails, she reversed colored them even though I had an exact layout of the designs I wanted, stopped doing my nails halfway through to help another customer, i was waiting for 3 hours in total, and rushed the designs. The language barrier is so bad, she looks at you confused when you ask why the design looks bad or if you want it changed or the nails taken off with low quality and 0 effort. Today I went back to get the nails off and get a refund, and while they were taking the nails off before the acetone, 4 fingers were dug into by the sander machine and are now indented. I had to jerk my hand back several

I got dip powder done on Saturday 3/4 and the next day they started cracking. I had to ask her to take down my cuticles, which she did and then proceeded to put oil on my mail before dipping them. I’m not a nail tech but I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t put oil on a nail before you apply the powder. On 3/8 I called and complained because the “polish” was coming off in chunks. The language barrier makes things difficult. She tried to schedule an appointment for this Saturday when I was telling her I was already in and received a service and it’s terrible. When I told her I wanted my money back she hung up on me. Terrible service, terrible work. Do not go here. Save your time and money.

I will never recommend this salon to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. I sat down and told the woman what length I wanted and the design. She started by trimming my cuticles and as soon as she was done, the woman doing someone’s pedicure came and grabbed the same tool she had just used on my nails and went to work on the woman’s foot. Didn’t wipe it off or sanitize it or anything. All of my nails are different lengths, they’re bulky and thick and the polish was still wet after curing. There was wet polish underneath 8 out of 10 nails that stained the shirt I was wearing. The design was smeared when she put the top coat on. There is paint on my fingers and the polish is still sticky from where it was not cured. Do not ever go here!

I went to get a full set of acrylics. It took them an hour to take my old acrylic off (had my nails soaking in acetone). The lady refused to put acrylic back on my nails, insisting on dip powder. This is what they look like, absolutely terrible. I am going to have to go somewhere else to get them redone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
