Cassidy Stone ~ Beyond Mind Body ~

Cassidy is a competent and present body worker. When I go to him with pain in my body, he seeks to find the root cause on all levels; physical, mental, and spiritual. I leave the session with more movement and freedom in my body. Cassidy also provides information and guidance on how to support and strengthen my body, to aid in furthering the work accomplished in my sessions with him. Working with Cassidy is not putting a "band-aid" on pain. He will assist in a process of going to the root to transform the pain, to bring the body into a healthier and more harmonious state.

He addressed the body pain I was experiencing in multiple ways, and gave me tools to continue to re-train my body's tension into relaxation on my own.
