I had my first—and last—appointment at this salon with Inoris. As someone who values supporting local businesses and is a business owner myself, I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I requested a blowout, but my hair was washed with extremely cold water that never warmed up. When I asked for curls, the stylist agreed, yet stopped doing a proper blowout and simply dried my hair with a blower, without technique or styling. I explained that my hair is very frizzy and requires a proper blowout to achieve the right result. She assured me not to worry and said her curling iron would fix it. Unfortunately, the final result was far from acceptable—my hair was frizzy, flat on top, and styled with tight curls that looked nothing like what I requested. It was extremely disappoint

I had my first appointment of the day yesterday to have my hair colored by Olivia Full Color. It wasn't the first time I'd used her services; I'd had my hair colored by her before. Today I was extremely upset with the situation and how she handled everything. From the beginning, I showed her that my roots were lighter and that I wanted my hair to be the same darker color as the ends. I repeated this several times. After she colored all my hair and washed it, when I sat in the chair, I showed her and said, "Look, the roots are still lighter." She replied, "Let me dry it and we'll see how it looks." When she was halfway through drying, the difference was already very noticeable—to me, it looked even lighter. I said, "There's no point in continuing to dry it; it's already lighter than befor
