I don’t recommend this place. They take forever to do a balayage, and even when you show a photo, they don’t follow it. You book one stylist, but multiple people end up working on your hair — many of them seem inexperienced and don’t know how to apply color properly. I was left with uneven patches, and when I said I didn’t like it, they told me to “wait it out.” I spent over $500 and left with dry, brittle hair that needed deep treatments and a haircut. They seem to prioritize the clients they film for social media, because those come out faster and better. I cried seeing how my healthy, virgin hair got ruined. Definitely not worth it. Ilen is very professional and passionate about her work. She is truly the best! My hair was a total mess when I first started going to Corte Havana. Not everyone knows how to accomplish the perfect color without damaging your hair. After so many fail attempts and lots of money spent at other salons I can finally said I’ve found my forever hair stylist. I loved my experience at Corte Havana. Everyone is so welcoming, and it is Beautiful on the inside! Ilen takes her time and makes sure we look authentic. I've been with her for 4 years, and she absolutely transformed my hair! She has turned my hair the best it's ever looked, shes very talented! 100/10 would recommend her!

My mother went to have her roots retouched, to have her hair nice for Mother’s Day, the job which requires no bleach nothing out of this world simply depositing color with Natalie. She thought her hair needed some adjusting which it really didn’t and what she did was completely ruin her hair she has been able to grow out after a similar experience. She trusted Natalie as she is a “professional.” Before doing whatever I would try a test stand, before blaming the results on the new products they are using. If I’m not sure on the results of a product on hair I would try it on a manikins not clients. On Amazon you could buy a couple manikin for all the staff to practice. My mother after spending her only day off from work at this facility for a simply root touch up her hair color is now ruin
