Caryn & Co. Salon Main St

Erin did my hair on November 23 and when I got home I immediately made another appt with someone else to fix it. I asked for a blonde balayage, so I could have lighter hair with lower maintenance. Attached is a photo of how my hair turned out. As you can see, it is extremely orange and not blonde at all. This picture was taken a few days after getting it done and this is the exact color I had when I walked out of the salon that day. You can’t see it in this picture, but I also had strong orange money pieces that looked absolutely terrible. I have never been so upset with my hair. I called to speak to a manager and explain how badly my hair was done and no one ever called me back. I will never be going back here again.

My experience at this salon was excellent! My stylist was Erin and she was awesome. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and heard me when I say I am a “wash and wear, no blowout”. From the minute I walked in the door until the moment I left I felt welcomed and comfortable. I finally feel like I found a place I can come back to again. I highly recommend this salon.

Erin did a wonderful job with my balayage!! I love it. I have had trouble finding someone in the past, but I can finally say I found a new stylist. She was also very nice and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. The pricing was pretty good as well.

She not only listens to her clients, but she really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome in her salon. Her staff is so polite and kind and understanding. And she herself is very attentive to detail. I have struggled with finding a hairdresser who meets all my needs and Caryn has proven time and time again to provide me such wonderful service and wonderful experience. Its funny because i provide her inspiration from Tik Tok and she looks at all the styles and is able to replicate them to a T. This was my first time coming here and Theresa cut my hair. She is fantastic! I have long, straight, one length, fine blonde hair, and needed a good trim. Some stylists are not skilled at cutting fine, one length hair so I spoke to the receptionist and explained what I was looking for. I also said I didn't want a wash or blow dry and just wanted a "wet cut". I asked if someone would do that and asked the price. She recommended Theresa. During my first visit, I knew instantly I was in good hands! I was lucky to get her. She only works 2 days a week. My cost was $37 (plus tip) for a wet cut, which is reasonable. She made my hair look amazing and I highly recommend her!
