Amanda is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, and kind. She truly takes the time to understand and address what mattered most to me. Her skill with the laser is like a magic eraser — the results were amazing! I felt comfortable, heard, and confident in her care. My wife and I have spent many thousands of dollars at Carroll Cosmetic Club over the past year and have consistently been loyal, paying clients. I was sold an under-eye treatment package consisting of three sessions, each costing over $1,000. After the second treatment, the only noticeable outcome was the most severe black-and-blue bruising I have ever experienced, which caused significant pain, embarrassment, and disruption to my daily life. There was no meaningful cosmetic improvement. Given this experience, I made a reasonable and good-faith request: I asked for a credit for the unused third treatment—not a refund—so it could be applied toward an alternative service. I went in for a consultation with Maria. She was EXCELLENT! Very knowledgeable! She gave me all options- basic to very invasive. The consultation was free so it was worth the time and info! The age-progression photos are a hoot! lol
