So to respond to the owners post on my review. It was completely racial and I have evidence from your employers and managers stating that YOU DIDNT WANT ANYMORE BLACK WOMEN WORKING FOR YOU! There was nothing wrong with my customer service skills, I been in customer service since 2011! I also have evidence from your customers stating that they loved my customer service and I was nothing but pleasant to them! To be told I was weird, not normal, disgusting for absolutely no reason is WILD. Then on top of that look at your reviews, your whole store suck! The loud provocative music, the crop top and boots shorts your employees wear, every positive review you have come from your employees! I will not ever come here again. I drove 40 minutes one way to the beauty supply store before making the purchase I ask the return policy. The cashier said 14 days to return as long as hair was not open. 3 days later went to return the hair to find out I could only get store credit. Spoke with Manager would not return. Saying it says on the receipt exchange only or store credit. Who would drive 40 minutes waste 10 dollars on gas just to use the store credit. I will not ever return to this store again. Hope the 10 dollars was worth the money you're going to lose in the future from me and family. Bad business. He said it says on the receipt. First of all I LOVE the selection of products at this location. Literally could spend hours here reviewing all the product choices. Only visited this location 2x and my experiences have always been pleasant. Staff has been friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. However on today's visit my total was way more then I expected it to be. I questioned the cashier about the high difference and stated it was hard to verify on my end because the display screen only showed a few of the items not all. I then asked her rescan everything which she was hesitant to do and sure enough the difference was $14!!! That is a HUGE error. Also there is a no refund policy so what happens if I paid and then was overcharged? I gave 3 stars because the place is great and the prices are affordable. Howev

Went to this store for the first time yesterday as I didn’t know it was over here. I went in with my baby and his stroller and immediately started being followed. All around the store this one lady with a short black bob was around every corner I looked. Literally every time I looked up or went to a different aisle there she was. I’ve never experienced this before but it was definitely easy to point out. She even went as far as walking up to my baby (when I was a couple feet from him..still in my sight) to have “conversation” with an 8mo old but I’m sure she was just checking the stroller to see if I stole anything. They were “kind” but definitely watched me like a hawk. Never will return. If you’re black this is your warning.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE IF YOU HAVE MELANIN IN YOUR SKIN OR HAIR THAT ISN'T STRIAGHT. I don't usually leave reviews but if I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!
