I come from Kentucky just to get all my hair and makeup from here. They always have everything I need. Their scarf selection is top notch and their employees are very helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is rude, one in particular who has been working there for years. They will stalk you while you shop, but fail to ask if you need assistance. This places lack professionalism. If you are black especially, please take your money somewhere else. Better options: 1. All Crowns off of Poole Road (black owned-awesome staff) 2. Hair Depot off of Spring Forest (Arab owned- but I've experienced top tier service and staff is amazing)

The cashier was unprofessional. I was getting assistance from another cashier for hair on the back wall and this cashier walks up tells me to move and for the cashier to take me at the other end. I was being assisted First and was viewing the hair and said “How am I supposed to see the hair now”? She rolled her eyes at me. The packaging isnt the same to correct this cashier. I bought “Natural” and the packaging in the paper packaging was a darker natural than the cardboard white packaging. I tried explaining that and she said I wasn’t even talking to you in “Nasty” tone. I said why are you Rude for no reason? The lady helping me was really nice but the other cashier kept getting involved in this sale for some Reason. I will not ever come here again. I drove 40 minutes one way to the beauty supply store before making the purchase I ask the return policy. The cashier said 14 days to return as long as hair was not open. 3 days later went to return the hair to find out I could only get store credit. Spoke with Manager would not return. Saying it says on the receipt exchange only or store credit. Who would drive 40 minutes waste 10 dollars on gas just to use the store credit. I will not ever return to this store again. Hope the 10 dollars was worth the money you're going to lose in the future from me and family. Bad business. He said it says on the receipt. To let anybody who shop there or wants to shop there for a wig you can’t exchange even though you decided to change your mind at the last minute after you got the recipe and can’t exchange it for another color.
