Carobright Beauty Supply & Braiding

I’ve been to this beauty supply four times now, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Each time, the woman at the counter (who I believe is the owner) has been extremely rude. She never greets customers, and on two separate occasions, she didn’t have change. When I mentioned I didn’t have exact change so she could give me a solid dollar, she actually rolled her eyes at me.I had already heard from my hairdresser that they weren’t the friendliest, but I still chose to support because they’re Black-owned. However, the attitude has gotten out of hand. I truly want to see Black businesses thrive, but basic courtesy and respect go a long way. Until that improves, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the best salon I’ve ever been to! I was so comfortable(felt as if I was at home)awesome talented,fast,unbelievable experience! I’ve had this same style,even bigger braids take 7 1/2 hours..I was done in 3 1/2 hours! Definitely a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!! So many compliments..my entire family will now come here,after hearing me rave about my experience and seeing the awesome work..and there’s even a hair store connected..so you can pickup all the products you need to maintain your braids!! I have found my forever salon!! I could go on and on lol A1 customer service!! Best salon Ever!

Today was my first time visiting the store. I had a wonderful experience. The owner greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped find products. We had a great conversation during check out. I will be back to support

Well joy is her name I over paid because of holding fee. Called immediately to get refunded 50$ no answer. Hair wasn’t pressed correctly yet the attitude to return my money went with the style crappy. Came loss in different places.@dannywea8339
