Carnes Nails

I will never go back here. Between athletes foot and ingrown, this is the worst place to go. I only got a pedicure. Who ever the guy tech is there is one of the worse. He cut my toenails in the corners too deep and knew he hurt me, he looked up at me and clipped away. I expressed to him NOT to cut my nail like that because of ingrown and here I am with ingrown nails. I also have a bad case of athletes foot now. Gross place! Save your money and find another salon.

I’ve been to so many nail places and this is my favorite place by far. Lynn is so sweet and always remembers me. Mona is hilarious and great to talk to. Long can do any design you ask for and takes his time to make it perfect. He was the only one I trusted with my nails for my wedding. I recommend this place to everyone. My review is from 3 visits. Not going there again. First time I went for a full set of acrylic nails and they looked crooked and sloppy, but it was the end of December so I figured that they were rushing because there were too many clients (I had an appointment). Second time the matte gel dried wrong and nails looked stained (not to mention bulky too) and technician got annoyed when I asked her if she could fix them. Third time I was finally pleased with the way the technician refined the nails but I asked for regular nail polish to avoid what happened the last time, but the paint looked super sloppy with patches. I showed the technician and she got annoyed and said that with gel polish that wouldn’t have happen. I told her that either way they looked bad and asked her if she could fix the

TERRIBLE. went in to get a soak off nail removal and they instead just ripped off my nails with no tools at all. Paid $15 for this, I did not want to pay for it and made that known but did anyway bc I was in a rush. Later on in the day as I was doing my errands, my 3 fingers with barely no nail on it are in extreme pain (they even started to bleed) so went back to get a refund. He pushed on my finger with no nail (that I just told them is in pain) and said I just have weak nails and refused to give a refund. YEAH I have weak nails NOW after you tore them up.

Starting coming here a month or so ago when my regular salon lost my favorite nail technician. I have yet to be disappointed. Yang is amazing! She did both the black and white moon set and the purple glitter nail set. Other two sets were done by others but also flawless. I recommend this nail salon to everyone!
