Customer Reviews
I was recently fortunate enough to work with Neil after an acute lumbar injury which left me in debilitating pain and misalignment. Neil was incredible - deeply knowledgeable, employing multiple therapeutic modalities, treating holistically, and fostering deep calm. The fact that I can now stand straight again, and feel more relaxed and aligned in general, is miraculous. My nervous system is able to finally rest as well. I look forward to working with Neil again for maintenance; the therapeutic care he provides is outstanding.
Neil is a true healer. The intuition, intelligence, and body knowledge he brought to the session resulted in major changes in my posture, nervous system, and overall outlook. He was very communicative and tuned in to what I needed.
Neil was able to recognize, assess, re-align and smooth out my problem spots. After treatment I was able to straighten an uncooperative knee and my body, in general, felt much more stable, balanced and lengthened. I highly recommend Neil and am already looking forward to my next appointment,
I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and came to Carnegie Hill for a prenatal massage with Alicia. It is no understatement when I say this has been the best massage of my life. For reference I get massages anywhere from every two weeks to four weeks. I usually go to local massage spas in NYC or 5 star hotel spas for special occasions. It was clear in the work that Alicia has gone through extensive training and understands how the body works and moves. She was extremely professional and kind. Took the time to ask questions and how pregnancy has affected my body so that she could understand how to best help me and baby! The space was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. I will definitely be back and highly recommended.
Neil is truly a master of his craft. His deep understanding of the body is matched by his connection to it’s ever-changing needs. From the moment I step into his serene studio, I feel supported. Neil’s attentive presence coupled with his profoundly therapeutic work, allows for deep somatic healing beyond what I’ve experienced before. I leave each session feeling not only cared for, but more equipped to care for myself. I can not begin to express what a far-reaching impact Neil’s work has had on so many aspects of my well-being. I truly can't recommend him enough!
