Carmichael Nails

I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and Kim is by far one of the BEST. She’s gentle, detailed, and really listens to what you want. My nails come out perfect every single time — the shape, the color, the design, everything is flawless. She takes her time, but she’s fast and so professional. Her work lasts, too! No lifting, no breaking. I always leave feeling extra pretty. Highly recommend Kim if you want beautiful, clean, long-lasting nails. She’s amazing

I was happy having my nails done there until John did my nails. Horrible Horrible job. I asked for 3 tips on the three nails I had broken. Another person put on 3 tips as I had requested, which were fine. Then I realized JOHN HAD CUT OFF ALL MY NAILS OFF!!!I Even the new tips!!! I was distracted and not paying attention. I had painstakingly grown my other nails out for the holidays. And need 3 tips. I was horrified. Why would he cut all my nails off including the new tips. Just had to share. Don't let John do your nails.

I came to this place several months ago after leaving my normal salon completely upset due to very rude customer service . I had someone else doing my nails at my old location while my normal nail technician was out of town. The lady was so horrible. She didn’t remove existing polish and then put new polish over and had the most horrible upset attitude about being at work. I had often seen her arguing and yelling at other clients as well so I don’t know how I ended up with her. The technician was so horrible to me. All I wanted to do was leave even with my nails not finished. I politely offered to pay her for her services, but told her there was no need to continue. I would just get them removed. I called Carmichael Nails and Kim answered the phone. She got me in even late in the evening.

I’ve been going here for a little while and they are okay. Twice I’ve been charged an extra $5 for a “broken nail” because they had to put extra acrylic on a nail while getting a fill. They didn’t put a new tip or anything just a little extra acrylic on that nail while getting a fill. I e never been charged for this anywhere before. I could understand if they had to put on a new tip but $5 because of tiny bit of extra acrylic is wild to me. Also, this past time my fill was crooked.

I just had the most wonderful experience Anna did an amazing job I pick to top pedicure package and a manicure with dip polish and she was amazing start to finish I will definitely be back I recommend giving the shop a try
