My mother went for just a blow and dye (with her own dyer) and came out with damaged hair from the heat. So damaged, I had to ask if she did a silk press but nope they just had the heat on 1000 or something. The women also kept complaining about my mom “having too much hair” (typical texturism). DO NOT GO unless you want your hair crispy and dead. And it cost 80$?? Just crazy all around

With zero heat to my hair I now have permanent heat damage thanks to this salon. My whole hair is damaged !! I just for a blow out so I could trim my dead ends. After seeing so much hair fall out because of direct heat to my scalp. My hair won’t even curl and I have 4a hair

Came in asking for curls and had several pins from the rollers left in my head! That's 1 2 the way the rollers were taken out so aggressively that the curls were matted at the bottom to then have the price being 60 bucks! The amount of heat applied to hair has the place smelling burnt . This place was a go to place for me as a child but over the years the work has significantly been poor and prices do not match the cost.

I’ve been going to them since they were on the corner of 110th and Lexington. They are great, Treat you like family, pays attention to detail and the pricing is great. My hair has grown so much! Highly recommend ♥️

Love it 30 cash u cant beat the price. The wash was deep but she tangled the hair during it so the comb out for the rollers was a headache The seats have you sliding out the dryers. But they have a variety of customers👍 2 stylist doing 5 customers
