My experience seems to be the same as everyone else. Took my money, still no product or shipping update and they won't return my emails.

Wonderful selection of products for the industry, transparent about documentation- not sure why people are saying that they bought directly and haven't received products when this is a cosmetic ingredient importing company. Smells like spam.
