I booked an appointment, called upon arrival and left a voicemail letting her know I was having trouble finding the studio. No call back so I assumed she was in the middle of a service. Finally found the studio after 5 minutes of walking around, and the lights were off as well as curtain closed. I figured maybe she was running late and I stayed around about 40 minutes past my appointment time. No show. texted her on the website, no response. Never received a call, text or email explaining why she never showed. Double checked the opening/closing time and it clearly said she was supposed to be open, yet no sign on the door or heads up sent to me. Bad customer service for sure.

She always makes sure you feel comfortable and makes sure that you are satisfied with her work! ( I guarantee you will be) she has great quality lashes that will last you 3+ weeks. Regina did my lashes today and I love them! Sometimes when you use a Groupon you never know what you’re going to get but they look and feel natural. I have a lot of anxiety about sitting with a bright light in my face for an hour but Regina played relaxing music and chatted with me the whole time which really put me at ease.
