Capriccio Salon

I have been coming to this salon for 8-9 years and there is a reason for that. Once I find something that treats me like luxury nd takes genuine care in my well-being, there is no reason to look further. Haydee has been my stylist for the majority of those years. She is the best. She had been trying to get me to do the keratin treatment for years but I was always so scared that A) I would have to stop getting perms. B) It would be unmanageable and C) because of all of the horror stories I'd read. But the kertin treatment has come so far over the years. I've been getting them done for almost two years and my hair is the longest it's ever been. I've been fully natural for 1.5 years. That was after transitioning for 2 years and Haydee took very good care of both textures as I was going throu

I was satisfied with the "day of" attention and care I received. It was the second best wash and scalp massage I have ever had. I returned the following week because the right side of my hair was about 1 inch longer than the left. The stylist originally tried fixing another cut I had received, and the time it took was a lot. I believe she simply overlooked coming back to the front to confirm it was even. No big, she fixed it in about 15 minutes. One week later and it was easy to camouflage with a headband. Now it is most excellent and will be returning happily!

My experience has been off and on due to challenging illnesses and chemo treatments my once long and beautiful hair started to turn for the worse upon stumbling across this salon I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming comforting a sisterhood even when I was not able to keep my appointments every time I came back I was greeted with the same love and professionalism they were the first place that I came to when moving to North Carolina from the big city and I can't see myself ever going anywhere else than here clean warm professional safe

I go to this salon every week and all of the stylists are wonderful and very professional. I love the owner and both of her daughters. They treat you like family. I also send my 12 year old daughter and have never had an issue with them burning her or pulling any of her hair out of her head. She has a very thick, long and natural head of hair and so do I. The other reviewers who gave them one star (and appear to be from the same person) could not have gone to Sunny's and if they did then there definitely has to be way more to the story than they are portraying. Please do NOT listen to those reviews and experience them for yourself! They are very reasonable in price and they use very good, high quality products. Five stars, and they deserve more. This is an excellent place. I would highly no better than strongly recommend them. The atmosphere is lovely. I love the energy and the people that work there. They are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. A friend recommended me to Haydee. Well, Haydee has a client for life. Thank you for taking care of my hair.
