⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different from any nail salon I’ve ever been to in the best way possible. I was greeted and started by the boss of the salon, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. You can immediately tell how much care goes into both the salon and the client experience. What truly stood out to me was that Aggie came in off the clock just to do a design that she knew how to perfect when the boss realized it wasn’t something she specialized in. That level of dedication, honesty, and teamwork is something you rarely see, and it meant so much to me as a client. I came for a shoulder length haircut. The salon manager booked me with a young woman, whom I later learned to be the manager’s niece. This niece (Savannah, her name)was out of high school, learned how to mix hair dye at the salon, but never trained at a beauty school . She was having a hard time cutting my hair. Not realizing how bad it was, I still paid. After going to another salon, my new hair dresser showed me the bad cut, I then realized this untrained niece of the manager had cut a deep V above either side of my shoulder. No apologies. This salon is managed by an unprofessional manager. It's money she cares about. Not the quality of service.

Savannah hacked half of my hair off and I am so unbelievably devastated. I came in with hair past my elbows and it is almost to my shoulders now. I came back in to discuss my hair cause this is not ok at all and she offered me half of a refund and kept her tip. So I got $30 back out of my $72 spent for her to chop of 50% of my hair. While we were discussing my hair she kept telling me that this was what we discussed and told me that she warned me prior to cutting which is not true. We discussed a 1.5 inch trim and layers, she cut at least 4-5 inches off all of my hair and showed very little sympathy when I returned. She also asked for before pictures of my hair as if she didn’t believe me when I said she cut off more than we discussed and had the nerve to tell me she “can’t put it back on

Sarah was my hair stylist and she was AMAZING! This was the best hair treatment/cut I've experienced and for an incredibly reasonable price. She was so kind and proficient. I def recommend and will be returning as a future client!

I faithfully see Erika every four months for highlights, cut, and styling. I can’t tell you how many compliments I receive after each visit on the expert cut and color! Erika listens, advises, is open to any photo I share, and most importantly is an extension of my family as all the stylists are at Capelli Salon! Thank you, Erika for the fresh summer cut, color, and styling this morning! I think this will be perfect for Shelby’s wedding later this year in Mexico!
