Capelli Beauty Salon

So I went on 1/13/17 to have my hair done. I went looking for Karina who is very detail oriented and has done my haircut for a couple of years unfortunately I could not call to make an appointment since I lost my phone. When I arrived to the salon she was busy and could not take me in so Adriana (whom I think is the owner.) did my hair. As she was doing my hair she was friendly. I left the place thinking I had a good experience but when I got home I took a closer look at the haircut then is when I noticed that the haircut was a mess. My neck line was not straight, the sideburns were not even , the top of my hair was uneven and some areas were just out of shape. I know i have difficult hair but if she was a professional she should have known that she was not capable of delivering a good j

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had scheduled a deep conditioning, hair cut and style. She barely spoke to me, the only thing she asked, was what I wanted and how much to take off the length. I told her 1" off the length and she took off 4-5". The whole time she was cutting my hair she did not have me facing the mirror and I did not see it till the end. She was very rough at blow drying my hair and did a half a$$ job. I never received a hello, how are you, thank you, she didn't even ask if I liked the end result. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I would have been better off at a cosmetology school.

My hairdresser was good, but the salon it self not very pleasant. Doesn't have a nice atmosphere and it looks desorganize and no very clean. The shampoo recliners, very, very uncomfortable and occured. I don't think I'll be going back.

Don't do it. I asked for a simple haircut and I got a lob-sided cut. I think they meant $9 for each side and top of the head, it actually looked like only the right side of my head was cut. I did not want to deal with it because the lady obviously had no clue what she was doing. Don't do it.

Juat moved to the area and drove by this place. Mrs. Lee was great. Came in for a $12 hair cut. Came out looking great. Very friendly woman. Will be back again.
