I had a wonderful experience at Canvas Hair Studio. Everyone was very professional, and the environment was comfortable and welcoming. My stylist Randi was amazing she took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my daughter’s hair and gave great advice for keeping it healthy. We truly had an amazing experience, and I really appreciated the care and attention we received. I would definitely recommend Canvas Hair Studio to anyone looking for great service and knowledgeable stylists.

Canvas Hair Studio deserves praise. Shara, the owner, is accommodating and skilled. We did a virtual consultation before my appointment. I drove in from San Antonio and she delivered exactly what we discussed. My K-tips look seamless. The color blends into my ombre balayage. It looks natural and gives scalp. The wash almost put me to sleep. The staff is pleasant and the whole space feels welcoming. I enjoyed my service and will rebook for maintenance or a full uninstall and reinstall. I will not go back to half wigs after this.

My name is Chloe Thomas and I felt the need to review Canvas after my most recent visit Wednesday 11/26. My appointment was 12:00 and I arrived at 11:56 but the hair stylist didn’t start on me until 2:24 it is absolutely ridiculous, and extremely unprofessional. the stylist did not contact me to update me that she was running late. The stylist didn’t even anpologize or offer a discount- maybe because I am 21? Either way it is disgusting. After waiting for 30 minutes, I left and told my stylist that I would be back. She told me that she would be ready for me in 30 minutes so I made sure to come back promptly. When I came back, to my surprise, she was still working on the same guest. I waited for another hour for her to finish that guest, and after that she started working on a second perso

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Canvas Salon is such a gem! From the moment you walk in, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The space itself is stylish, clean, and has such a warm and inviting vibe. You can really tell the team cares about making every client feel comfortable and valued. I especially want to highlight my stylist DEE, who has been taking care of my hair for about a year now. She is truly amazing! Dee guided me through my transition from dreads back to free hair, and she’s been consistently helping me restore and maintain my hair health—even while dealing with heat damage from dehydration and the Houston heat. Her knowledge, skill, and patience shine through in everything she does. She’s not only an experienced stylist and colorist but also a wonderful beautician overall. B

From the initial starter locs to regular retwists, she’s been consistent, reliable, and skilled every step of the way. But that’s not all—Shay offers so much more.
