Booked an appointment for a pedicure, got a text asking if I could come in 15 minutes later because they were running behind. I agreed, even though I was basically already there, but then got another text asking if I could come in another 15 minutes later because they were running extra behind. I ended up just coming in at the time I booked for anyway, and to my surprise, there was one worker in there and not a single customer. The scheduling was overall disorganized. After taking a quick look around the salon, it's kinda dirty and covered in dust or other things. As for the quality of my pedicure, it's alright but a little rough around the edges. At the end of my appointment, I wanted to pay with a card, but the iPad was dead, so I had to wait another 10-15 mins for the owner to come in.

I Go Here Every Few Weeks For Maintenance & The Ladies Are Extremely Welcoming & Holds Amazing Conversations To Help You Feel Comfortable There. I’ve Been To Plenty Shops In The Surrounding Areas & This One Feels Like Home.

The quality for this walk in felt rushed. There was a lady who was waiting who kept complaining about the wait while my nails were being painted. Despite me asking how long the service would take arriving at 11am and being told 30 minutes to do the job it took 45 minutes. Then these people had the audacity to tell I was charged $10 for French nails then when I tipped well and left they had one of their staff run after me to ask me to pay $35 for a full manicure normally priced $25 when I didn’t get any color plus $7 for French nails. Their sign states $10-$20 for regular French tips. I paid it, but I’ll never be back. The job was not even or remotely great quality. I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience at Candy Nails! The quality of work is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive. I was blown away by the numerous design options available - there's something for every style and preference. With lots of gems, charms, stickers and hand drawn art options available. But what truly made my visit stand out was the exceptional service. The entire team was friendly, upbeat, and full of personality. They made me feel welcome and at ease from start to finish. Konn has been doing my nails for almost 3 years now! She is extremely talented. I recently have been letting her do her thing on my nails! Everyone there is so talented, funny, and overall genuine people. It is a whole vibe and I’m here for it. If you are looking to have your nails done you WILL NOT be disappointed. ❤️❤️
