This service can consist of getting an amazing color, highlights, lowlights, hair Botox etc. A transformative hair cut, braids, extensions etc. Top it off with aDominican blowout or rolos! El Con - Todo is, that at the same time, you can get a pedicure/ foot and leg massage! Finish with a manicure of your choice but as you can see on her IG photos she is very creative and artistic🤩 “ El Con - Todo” can happen for you!
