I had an appointment and got stuck on the train, so I called and informed the manager that I would be about five minutes late. She told me that the nail technician, Mary, would have to take another customer because it was a very busy day. The manager said I would have to wait an hour and a half to get my nails done, even though I had an appointment. When I arrived at the salon, it was not busy at all—there were only four people there. The manager had a lot of attitude and was very unprofessional. I saw my nail technician with another customer, and she didn’t say anything to me. I’ve been coming here for almost a year, and I’ve been late before without any issues. Nail salons usually have a grace period. If you are not going to honor customers’ appointments, then don’t schedule them. This i

Susan slays my nails every time. The pedicure is also amazing too, especially if you splurge for gel which i usually do, lasts longer than a month. I got french on my toes and literally nothing chipped for like 5 weeks. I love this place. Susan is the best she takes her time with your nails and gets everything perfect. Her french is awesome. Great okay priced (we all know nails are gonna be expensive wherever you go. 50-70$ for a full set)

I really enjoyed my experience in this salon. The customer service was top tier, and I leave satisfied with every single set I have. Every tech makes sure that your nails last! The owner Vicky is such a sweetheart and does an amazing job at ensuring you're getting your money's worth :) This will always be my favorite spot and I'd recommend this place to anyone, no matter the occasion.

I've been getting my nails done here and I LOVE them. Mary or Maria (not sure) is the best nail tech ever. They last me at the very least a month.

I’ve come here about three times now and this last time I left with at least 3-4 fingers bleeding from the nail tech not being careful and they literally burned for a few days. The staff is very nice but if I’m paying $50 for a filling which is also more then what I was charged previously, I shouldn’t be leaving with my fingers all red and with cuts.
