Cafe Ole

I was in the middle of giving it 3 stars or 4 stars. The food is good, but not authentic. And the portion size is off for what you pay. Food was flavorful! And I mean it. It was delicious BUT no roots to Spain. I had to note that. Again food is good. The portion on some dishes are like this fine dining restaurants… but this is not fine dining. Not even close!…. But food taste good. And portions are off…$35 for sea bass and 3 peas…well being sarcastic here but wasn’t the biggest dish. The sangria was fantastic. One of the best I had. Awesome!!! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurant was clean and deco was good as well. Just fix the portion size, and add a little saffron and trust me this restaurant can be a solid 5 stars.

Fantastic food! The grilled calamari was the star dish - beautifully cooked with some great flavors! As was the octopus, patatas brava and the paella valencia. Also the sangria was delicious - fruity and boozy - and went down really well with the food. Good service too. Will definitely head back for more tapas and sangria soon.

Cozy restaurant with great food( my favorite the Stuffed mushroom with crab meat and the Tortilla espanola).Good prices, our waiter was really attentive. Music is not loud you can have a conversation without screaming.

This is my second time visiting this restaurant. We loved the bread. We ordered grilled Shrimps with vegetables and Chicken In almond sauce with yellow rice. The chicken was good, But the shrimp was bland we expected a bit more spicy. They were very friendly and even suggested wine that would go with our dishes.

I regularly visit Cafe Ole, and always for special nights and birthdays I highly recommend the paella, the lamb chops, the croquetas, the champagne sangria, the tortilla española, the octopus, the lubina (seabass). My last visit was a blast We got surprised by the attendant with a birthday cake. He was very kind in having such nice gesture.
